First Year Information 

Welcome to the beginning of the most exciting, PINK adventure of your life. We are very excited to take this journey with you and to share in the adventures that lie ahead. To be a Spikkel is truly an honour and we hope you are excited to become a part of the PINK PALACE.

Parents please download and read the parent letter that will give you all the information you need.

Prospective Spikkels, there are a few things you need to do if you didn’t attend the Magrietjie Open day or have not  received a Spikkel book and forms via snail mail.

      i.        Download your Spikkel book at this link, or on the Spikkelbook web page:

This is a very special tradition of Magrietjie.Your Spikkel book has all the information you will need for Res and a few interesting stories about Magrietjie. Study the book cover to cover, as it will help you to prepare for next year. Pay special attention to the checklist to ensure you have all the things you need before you move into Magrietjie.

    ii.        Download and complete 3 forms:

·         Spikkel Questionnaire

·         Clothing order form

·         Medical form

These forms, including 4 color ID photos of yourself, need to be completed and send back via email, fax or snail mail to your First Year Guardian, Michelle Kruger as soon as possible but  before 2 December 2013.

1.    Download  and complete your Spikkel Questionnaire form:

 
This questionnaire allows us to get to know you better and also helps me to finalize the room allocations - so please answer the questions honestly. Kindly note that there are only a limited number of single rooms available.

2.    Download and complete your Clothing order form:

This is the clothing you will need for Magrietjie. Please remember that you will be wearing your Magrietjie pants and pink Spikkel Top for the entire Welcoming week, more than just one pair might be convenient.

3.    Download and complete your Medical form:

 
This form is to ensure that Magrietjie and the Little Company of Mary Hospital have all your information in case you need medical attention.
