Asterhof -Back with a Bang!Posted on 06 August 2010 The Asters busied themselves soon after the June holidays with Culture Week 2010. The theme this year was Aster Movie Marathon. The second semester started off excitedly in Asterhof with Culture week themed Aster Movie Marathon. Each evening was donned with a movie title theme that exhibited a certain culture or nationality. The program for Culture Week was as follows: 21 Jul: "Around The World in 80 Days" with Olienhout. Dress: fav country. 22 Jul: " The Greatest Game ever Played". A rolbal social with Mopanie. 23 Jul: "50 First Dates" A Hawaiian social with Maroela. AND 24 Jul: CULTURE DANCE "Not Another Teen Movie" where the guests dressed up as their favourite American high school clique. More than a good time was had and the pictures will be up soon. |
