Commercii Outreach Calendar 2010
10 February:
Our first project for 2010 is a stationery drive. The sole objective is to give those students who do not have stationery an opportunity to participate in class. Commercii’s EC will then deliver this stationery to a school that is in need. We are going to involve the staff and students in donating stationery.
10 March:
Our second project is a Miss Bcom Charity Pageant that aims to raise funds for New Beginnings in Sunnyside. All proceeds from the event will then be used for buying the necessary items for infants neglected by their mothers.
July:
Our third project is a “Winter Warmer”. Our aim is to assist an old age home with funding. They will knit the winter jerseys that we will sell on their behalf. The jerseys will then be donated to kids who need it over winter to keep them warm.
Massmart project
Our final project will be a joint venture with the faculty. This project is the Massmart project

Commercii has available a new range of BCom Merchandise

Watch out as Commercii searches for the NEW FACE of BCom for 2010
Participants will battle it out at the Ms Face of Bcom Fashion next year. This is a fund raising initiative for charity. We need to raise R12 000.00 for charity in Sunnysides that cares for abandoned babies.So ladies and gents; start working on the " winning recipy" for your success and stand a good chance of being the Face of Bcom. This will be worth it!
For our intimidated first years( 2010)
We have an orientation camp lined up for you in January 2010. This is going to be a once in a lifetime experience. It is also an opportunity to make new friends and learn about the Tukkie pride.
The Weakest Link Quiz
The weakest Link Quiz is also right up our sleve for 2010. This will determine which faculty House is the smartest. Join Commercii as they battle it our against our faculties.
Sport
For our sports people, Commercii FC 2009 has set the standard by making it through to the quarter finals in their first year of existence. So it is up to you to join the team and make it through to the finals in 2010.For the ladies, Commercii has a lot of plans lined up for you too, so please come join and add value.
Bcom Spring Dinner
Ladies and gentlemen, Commercii is proud to host a Spring Dinner during September next year. It will also be a prestige evening, where recognition will be given to students who excellence academically, leadership and sports talent. Other awards will also be rewarded to the deserving students.
