ACADEMICS

We at Nerina believe that a student comes to the university to enrich their knowledge and obtain a degree. At Nerina we strive to excel in all aspects of student life but most importantly in academics. With an average of 75.6% we were placed 3^rd as academic residence of the year in 2006. Nerina is committed to enabling students to pass all their courses and complete their degrees and therefore great emphasis is placed on dedicated study times and the girls are required to maintain a minimum average to retain their place in Nerina. In 2009 we introduced the first residence mentoring program to offer support and ease the transition form high school to university and boosting the academic performance of our first years. In 2011 one of our ladies recieved the award for mentor of the year. Nerina aims to stand out and stand proud, especially in our academics.
