A political economist, Moeletsi Mbeki, a younger brother of former South African President Thabo Mbeki and son of former ANC leader Govan Mbeki, visited the University of Pretoria's Groenkloof Campus where he delivered an absorbing public lecture to an audience of students, academics, politicians, journalists, business people and members of the diplomatic corps.
