On 15 August 2012, the SA U/19's played Sri Lanka U/19's. SA Captain, Chad Bowes, won the toss and chose to field first.  SA bowled Sri Lanka out for 150 in 37.4 overs.

SA's innings were off to a bad start, losing 2 quick wickets for only 21 runs.  TuksCricket player, Theunis de Bruyn, batted sooner than he expected, scoring 42 runs off 50 balls.

The SA u/19 team won by 4 wickets.

On Sunday, 19 August 2012, the SA U/19's faced England in the Quarter Final Match. Results to follow.
