TuksRugby : D-day for Tuks 1 in VC Semi-Final RacePosted on 18 March 2011 Tuks 1 has to beat Ikeys on Monday (21 March) in order to qualify for the Varsity Cup Semi-finals. It will aslo be do or die for Ikeys as they are fourth on the log with 19 points, two behind Tuks 1. Tuks and Maties both have 21 points but the Stellenbosch side has a better point difference, giving it second spot on the log. Tuks have never beaten Ikeys at Varsity Cup level, but after the emphatic win against Maties the UP supporters back their team to end the group phase of the competition on a high. The match takes place at the TuksRugby Stadium. Entrance is free and kick-off at 17:00. The game will be televised live on SuperSport 1. SEE YOU THERE!!!! |
