5 from 6 for powerhouse Tuks

TuksRugby won five of the six Blue Bulls Premier League Club Finals contested at Loftus Versfeld on 14 August.
“Our success is a tribute to everybody involved. It is great to again say that Tuks are the undisputed power house of Blue Bulls club rugby,” commented a very satisfied Gert van Coller, Executive Rugby of TuksRugby.
The big prize was the coveted Carlton Cup which Tuks 1 claimed after beating Police 1 49-23.
The only other Tuks team that played in the stadium, Jongspan saw off a late fight back by Police to win the u.21-final 40-35.
Tuks Pumas beat their Police counterparts 30-19 to take honours in the third league, whilst Tuks Legends, under the inspiring captaincy of ex-Springbok Geo Cronje won the fourth league with a 41-7 win against Police.
Tuks Fezelas were Police’s only scalp. Police won 43-34 to claim the title as 2nd league champions.
