Verpligte wagwoord verandering vir alle IT gebruikers Gelaai op 06 Apr 2011 'n Belangrike mylpaal in die implementering van UP se nuwe 'User Identity Management'-stelsel is op 5 April 2011 bereik met die ontplooiing van die wagwoordselfhelpdiens (Password Self Service). Hierdie diens voorsien 'n eenvoudiger proses vir gebruikers om hulle wagwoorde vir die UP-portaal te verander, asook die vermoë om selfs vergete en verlore wagwoorde te herstel. Gebruik van die stelsel is verpligtend vir alle gebruikers (personeel, studente, aansoekers en gaste), aangesien die 'Identity Management'-stelsel uiteindelik die toegang na alle gesentraliseerde IT-stelsels op 'n eenvormige en veilige manier sal beheer. Om die diens te aktiveer word dit van elke gebruiker vereis om 'n wagwoordverandering te doen soos hieronder verduidelik word. [Lees Meer] |

HET U AL OOIT U WAGWOORD VERGEET? Gelaai op 11 Mar 2011 In die verlede het 'n vergete wagwoord 'n oproep na die ITD-Hulpdiens genoodsaak. Dit gaan binnekort verander. Die nuwe wagwoordselfhelpdiens (Password Self Service), wat binnekort as deel van die Stelselvernuwingsprogram vrygestel word, sal alle gebruikers (personeel, studente, aansoekers en gaste) toelaat om self vergete en verlore wagwoorde te herstel.
