POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT THE CENTRE

STUDENT RESEARCH ASSISTANTS – the Centre appoints Masters and PhD students from time to time to assist and work on the research programmes of the Centre. This provides opportunity for students to work on microfinance and related topics for their post-graduate studies. We entertain these applications once a year (for the following year) and need to receive your letter of application and full CV by 31 July every year.

POST DOCTORAL FELLOWS – We welcome applications by post doctoral fellows to work at and with the Centre for periods of up to two years. Detailed guidelines on the aims of the programme, requirements, value of the fellowship and procedure is available from the Centre. 
 
 
VISITING STUDENTS – Many students enrolled for MBA courses, Masters and PhD courses from local, regional and international universities approach us with requests to spend a university holiday at the Centre towards practical experience in their areas of study. We welcome applications for this throughout the year. These applications must consist of a letter of application, two references (one  from the University where you are studying and a reference from an institution where you have done practical work) and your full CV.  We offer office space, programmes to work on and assist with introduction to local microfinance institutions.  You are responsible for your own living expenses and transport.
