This year, the Information Design student exhibition promises to be an exhilarating experience. The Visual Arts Department of the University of Pretoria will showcase its radiating creativity in this year’s student exhibition, titled Exposure.

The exhibition is organised by the final year Information Design students and showcases the best student work from each year group. Design work in categories such as social design for development, branding, advertising, illustration, packaging, spatial design, motion graphics (and more) will be on exhibit.

Over the past years, Information Design students have won numerous national and international awards during their study, ranging from the Loerie Awards, Design Achievers Awards, D&AD and many more. Student projects are lead by both faculty staff and industry professionals who lecture part-time.

Exposure is hosted in the Visual Arts Department on the University of Pretoria’s main campus. Exposure opens on the night of 31 October 2012 at 18:30 for 19:00. Nick Hlozek, a renowned South African print and interaction designer, will officially open the exhibition. Exposure remains open to public on weekdays from 31 October to 9 November, 09:00 to 16:00.
