BCom Hons and MCom/LLM Taxation Open DayBy Hettie TerblanchePosted on 12 February 2010 The Department arranged an open day for the first-time BCom Honours (Taxation) and BCom Masters (Taxation) students on 30 January 2010. The students were welcomed and introduced to the programme and the lecturers. More or less 80 students attended the very successful day. The guest speaker, Mr Keith Engel from National Department of Treasury was the guest speaker at the event. His intense knowledge of tax policy and legislation added a special character to the day. |
