After fighting it out for three days on the courses at the Sun International's Sun City resort it was TuksSport High School that edget out Waterkloof on the final day after a nailbiting battle.

St. John's College, in association with FNB Private Clients, hosted the 8th annual International Schools' Golf Tournament from 17 - 20 August 2011 at the Sun City Resort, North West Province.

The 2011 field was made up out of 32 school teams from all over Africa. The tournament was played over four days, utilizing both Gary Player Country Club as well as the Lost City Golf Course.

After the grueling four days of competition both TuksSport High School and Waterkloof finished on a tie at the top of the leaderboard and TuksSport High School got rewarded for their consistency and well balanced team to win the event on a count out.

Jason Smith was the best performing player from the TuksSport High School Team.

TuksSport High School in 2011 alone,  won the Dainfern School Challenge, South African High School's Championships as well as this international fixture. A truly remarkable achievement!
