Dr Elzette Muller wins the prestigious 2011 Norton Rose Africa Tax Thesis Competition

Dr Elzette Muller from the Department of Mercantile Law is the winner of the category Doctoral Theses of the prestigious 2011 Norton Rose Africa Tax Thesis Competition.

She completed her doctoral studies under the supervision of Professor Riël Franzsen in 2010, with a thesis entitled "A Framework for Wealth Transfer Taxation in South Africa".
