Presenters

The programme is presented by the Department of Veterinary Tropical Diseases, Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Pretoria (UP), South Africa, in collaboration with the Department of Animal Health of the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, Belgium, and with the support of the Department of Production Animal Studies and Paraclinical Sciences (UP) and the Department of Infectious Diseases and Immunology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Utrecht University, The Netherlands.

Together with its partners, the Department is not only well placed to present, but is also eager to pursue the opportunities and challenges posed by this exciting degree programme which complies fully with the first two principles in the Vision Statement of the University of Pretoria, namely to be a leader in higher education that is recognised internationally for academic excellence and a focus on quality and to be a university that is known for international competitiveness and local relevance through continuous innovation.
