Mountain of Rescue / Food ProjectPosted on 15 November 2010  During December the number of abandoned animals rises dramatically and the SPCA is under enormous pressure to provide food for all. The Financial Accounting 121 (FRK 121) students of the Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences launched a Mountain of Rescue / Food Project in an effort to help feed these animals during the holiday season. The FRK 121 students as well as staff members of the Department of Accounting Sciences initiated this project by donating food up to the value of R6000 to the SPCA. |
