Welcome to the Unit for Policy Studies! 

The Unit for Policy Studies focuses on biotechnology policy research and development. In addition, the Unit also engages in general international and national policy topics.

The Unit is housed within the Centre for International Political Studies (CIPS).

Senior Government Mediation Training Workshop planned for July - 15/05/2012
The Centre for Mediation in Africa will convene its second Senior Government Mediation Training Workshop at the University of Pretoria from 10 to 13 July 2012. The workshop is aimed at government officials at the level of ambassador and first political secretary. The bulk of the participants will be from African countries.
