Kgaogelo Amanda Maswanganye is among five women awarded a fellowship worth $20 000 (R 144 840) by the inaugural L’Oréal and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) Regional Fellowships for Women in Science in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Fellowship is an effort to contribute to its continued investment in women in science.
