Tuks' ego may well have been bruised for the first time this season, but the bonus point earned for losing to TUT by less than seven yesterday (23 July) was, ironically, enough to make Marius Weber's team first to qualify for the Carlton Cup semi-finals on 7 August at Loftus Versfeld.
