Referral Information
Your veterinarian will either make an appointment for you or alternatively, may ask you to phone us and make the appointment once you have been given the referral letter. Your identity document plus the referral letter from your vet must be presented on arrival at the hospital. You will be asked to sign an indemnity form with a provisional cost estimate on admission of your dog/cat. Admissions to the hospital are generally for a minimum of 2-3 days. Prescription diets and/or medication may be brought along as required. Provisional cost estimates as well as expected costs will be discussed with you when the appointment is made.
Payment Information
You will be expected to pay the account in full before your animal is discharged from the OVAH, as the hospital on a ‘strict immediate settlement’ basis, and does not allow for part payments, or accounts. Cash, debit/credit cards, internet transfers or bank deposits are welcome (cheques are not accepted).
