 How to select courses

Base your selection on your current capabilities and research goals. Please read the course descriptions carefully and make sure that you meet the course prerequisites (prior to commencement of the course). Do not register for courses for which you do not have the adequate prerequisites.

Once you have chosen a course, make sure that you sign-up on time! We cannot accept registrations after the deadline has lapsed.

It is only possible to attend one course per week.  Courses are all day so do not plan any extracurricular activities in the mornings or afternoons. Many courses have reading and assignments, some of these tasks have to be done in the evening. You are expected to keep up with the reading and the assignments. The course material is mostly cumulative, i.e. if you miss a session you may not be able to catch up. Thus, it is not advisable to start a course later or to miss sessions thereof.

Please do not hesitate to consult or email the staff if you are uncertain about whether a course is appropriate for your needs or background.
