Jean Anthony Grand-Guillaume-Perrenoud is PhD candidate in sociology at the University of Basel where he earned a licentiate’s degree with a major in sociology and a minor in pedagogy, and psychology. He is co-principal investigator for a large-scale survey funded by the Swiss government on the lifestyle, consumption, and future aspirations of young adults in Switzerland. He served as managing editor for the Journal of Mixed Methods Research from 2009 until early 2012. His research interests include scale development, questionnaire and survey design, lifestyle and aspiration research.
