Overview

As stipulated in its vision and mission statement, the Institute conducts critical research on sex, gender and sexuality, also raising critical issues for debate and discussion that contribute to the reshaping of the South African society. To achieve this objective, the Institute was involved in several research projects, presented papers at conferences, submitted research proposals and submitted articles and chapters for publications.
