What are you wearing?

At a recent SRC meeting note was taken of certain serious discrepancies concerning the wearing of the UP blazer. It was decided that serious action will be taken against persons who misbehave in this regard.
A special disciplinary committee was established to this effect and several people already suffered because of above the matter.
Phenomena like ladies who wear U.P. blazers with “slacks” in public or walk around with a cigarette while wearing a blazer, forecasts nothing but doom.
Maybe all these transgressions are simply made out of ignorance and therefore "Perdeby" would like the opportunity bring the rules for wearing UP colours, under the attention of all students in order to avoid much unpleasantness.
The following rules shall apply when wearing blazers: -
a) In classes:
i) Ladies may only wear blazers with dark blue, grey or white
ii) Men may not wear blazers to classes
b) Outside class:
i) Ladies, only with dark blue, grey and white or mustard
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY IT BE WORN WITH “SHORTS” OR SLACKS”
ii) Men: a blazer may not be worn with short khaki pants
iii) Blazers may not be worn in a bar
iv) A blazer may under no circumstances be worn on a Sunday with sports wear
v) UP heraldic badges may only be worn on UP blazers or registered sports wear
vi) LADIES WHO ARE WEARING A BLAZER MAY NOT SMOKE IN PUBLIC
