Child Law advocate receives World's Children's Honorary Award - 24/05/2012
On Wednesday, 23 May 2012, 50 children from 15 countries paid tribute to the heroes of millions of children during an award ceremony at Gripsholm Castle in Mariefred, Sweden. Prof Ann Skelton (South Africa), Anna Mollel (Tanzania) and Sakena Yacoobi (Afghanistan) received their awards from the children and HM Queen Silvia of Sweden.

Prof Millar published in prestigious journal - 24/05/2012
Prof Robert (Bob) Millar, Director of the Mammal Research Institute in the Department of Zoology and Entomology has not only published over 350 papers which have received over 10 000 citations but he also recently published two articles in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine which is ranked highest amongst all scientific journals, having an impact factor of 47.
