Short Courses

The following courses are presented by the Department of Private Law under the auspices of CE@UP:
  • Prof Anton van der Linde is the course leader of the UP Certificate in Advanced Trust Law. 
  • Dr Ann Skelton and Me Carina du Toit from time to time present certificate courses in Child Law and Child Justice. 
  • Prof Trynie Boezaart and Dr Amanda Boniface are the course leaders of the certificate course in Family Mediation.
  • Dr Birgit Kuschke presents lectures on the Legal Aspects of Project Management for the Programme in Project Management (PPM).
