National Planning Commission’s National Development Plan Vision 2030By Thinah MoyoPosted on 27 March 2012  South Africa can eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by 2030! Presented on 16 March 2012 by Commissioners Vuyo Mahlati and Jeniffer Molwantwa, and Ashraf Kariem, a member of the NPC Secretariat. The plan asks for a major change in how people go about their lives. In the past, the government was expected to do things for its people. What South Africa needs is active citizens and working together -government, business, communities - so that people have what they need to live the lives they would like. |
