Prof Pat Eriksson

Experienced researcher in Precambrian crustal evolution, basin analysis and secular change in Earth’s sedimentary record; microbial mat features in the clastic rock record (over 200 reviewed papers/book contributions; over 1500 Scopus citations, H=19. Current projects include global sedimentation regimes over the ca. 2.45-2.2 Ga period, secular change in Earth’s sedimentation systems, book on Indian Precambrian basins. Plans for next 5 years to work on supercontinent cycle in the ca. 2.7-2.0 Ga period.
