Prof Chris Cloete

is full professor and Programme Leader: Real Estate in the Department of Construction Economics. His special research interests are the nature of decision-making in the built environment, value management in sustainable development and the application of IT techniques in real estate.

Current research projects include the incorporation of environmental and socio-economics values in feasibility studies and the digital reconstruction of the historical settlement at Mapungubwe.
