General congress information

Language

The main language of the meeting will be English, but abstracts and oral plenary presentations in French will be allowed. Translation services will be available at all plenary sessions.

Documentation 

The final programme of the colloquium and related documentation will be distributed to participants at the beginning of the first technical session. The final programme will be available shortly on the website.

Flight booking 

In the event of any changes to the original flight schedule of sponsored delegates, please contact Fransie Lottering.

Accommodation booking and airport transfers

Sponsored delegates can book accommodation and airport transfers through Fransie Lottering. All other delegates can book accommodation and airport transfers through Sharon Thom. The colloquium will arrange a bus service (free of charge) from the airport to the hotel at regular intervals. The bus schedule will be published on the website at a later stage.

Internet access

Internet access is available in selected areas at the Indaba Hotel. Delegates are responsible for all internet costs incurred. Please refer to the Indaba Hotel website for more information.
