Abstract submission

The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations. For more information on abstract submission, please click here. The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 12 June 2011. Notification regarding the acceptance will be sent out by 1 July 2011.

Abstracts must not exceed 250 words (excluding references). The main language of the meeting will be English. Abstracts and oral plenary presentations in French will be allowed.

Submit your abstract via e-mail to Ms Fransie Lottering. African early-career researchers applying for travel grants, please submit your abstract to Rene Perridge. Please indicate whether it is an oral or poster presentation.

Please note that late submissions will not be considered.

Abstract requirements for oral and poster presentations

Software:	The manuscript must be created in Microsoft Word 2003 or a later version
Language:	Oral and poster presentations: English or French with a summary in English
Font:	Arial 10 point
Line 1:	Title centred in BLOCK CAPITALS (bold)
Line 2:	Name (surname followed by initials) Qualifications Physical and Email address (left justified)
Spacing:	Single spacing in and between paragraphs
Text:	Fully justified
