There will be a class test every morning, exam exclusion applicable without a record of 6 class tests.

NOTE: Students with a fail in the winter school, July 2012, cannot register for the summer school. You have to register for CHM171 in the first semester of 2013.

PREPARATION before the start of the summer school:

Work through all the relevant blue numbered problemsin the prescribed text book in January before the start of the summer school. Also do the black numbered problems in sections you find difficult. Clearly mark your answers to problems you have difficulty with for discussion during the summer school.

If you do not study and prepare before you come, you will fail once again.


Summer School 181

First meeting: 17 Jan, 09h00 in The Orbital, Hall 3-1, Chemistry Building.

All 2012 CHM181 registered students with a fail after the exam or supplementary exam will be allowed to register.   

We will assume that you have worked through all the blue problems in the relevant chapters before the summer school.
