Registration Fee
Regular participants  R1,800
Students    R900
Accompanying adult                          R900                   
Accompanying child under 12                      FREE

Children over the age of 12 have to pay as an accompanying adult.

The registration fee is payable before 31 May 2011.

All participants will receive an invitation letter on payment of the registration fees.

The registration fee includes:

    • Conference venue & costs (including professional organisation)
    • Coffee, tea and snacks (three times daily)
    • Cocktail event
    • Boma braai
    • Bush braai 
Note that children under the age of 12 may not attend the Bush Braai.

The registration fee excludes:

    • All other meals
    • Travel to and from airport
    • Accommodation
    • Daily conservation fee
