Vehicle Access, Traffic & Parking

Traffic in the general area of Loftus Versveld will be affected during the period of the WorldCup. A Vehicle Access Parking Permit (VAPP) system has been introduced for residents in the area as the one standard system to be utilised within the Gauteng Province for the 22010 FIFA World Cup and was so approved by the ProvJoints. Road restrictions, or soft lockdowns, will be in place for the duration of the tournament. However, on match days, a hard lockdown will severely restrict vehicles and a traffic free zone will be in force around the stadium. View the maps below for details.
