The International Library for African Music Exhibition was opened on 19 March 2013 and will be on display for the entire first semester at the Villa Museum.
This unique exhibition showcases rare classical and traditional musical instruments that are made and generally used by the Africa peoples in the SADAC Region and Eastern African Region.
Countries represented in this one of a kind exhibition include The Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanzania, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Botswana and South Africa.
This temporary exhibition is well laid out and intends to fulfil the interest of scholars and the general public alike. Visitors to this temporary exhibition can acquire and collect priced Music CDs, Text books, Coffee Table books, and DVDs.
