Mr Paul De Beer (picture above) is the Dojo-Cho and Chief Instructor in charge of the Pretoria Aikikai/TuksAikido

Mr De Beer is ranked 6th Dan with the Aikikai, Japan and carries the title of Jokyushidoin and Sekininsha within the Aikido Federation of South Africa (AFSA).  He has more than 35 years experience in Aikido and other Japanese martial arts.

He is currently serving as advisor on both AFSA’s Technical Committee and Grading Panel and was also a founding member and former president of AFSA.  He has travelled extensively and continues to train actively.

Mr De Beer is assisted by senior students:
Mutsuko Minegishi Shihan (7th Dan from Guam) and Franco Martufi Sensei (6th Dan from Italy) act as technical advisors.
