What is risk management?
Risk management is the culture, processes, and structures that are directed towards the effective management of risk across the organisation and which are designed to:
- Identify potential events that may adversely affect or impact UP;
- Manage these risks within the parameters of the predetermined risk appetite; and
- Provide reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of UP’s objectives.
