UP Criminology students revamp Pretoria Correctional Centres

Criminology honours students at the University of Pretoria made a difference through a community engagement project that involved revamping some of the sections at two Pretoria local correctional facilities.

A group of ten students revamped the courtyards at the Pretoria Local Remand Detention Centre, while two groups revamped the reception areas of Baviaanspoort Correctional Facility, especially with child visitors in mind.
