 Held from the 25th to the 28th of SEPTEMBER. Accommodation will be provided in the Halls at the Groenkloof Campus from the evening of the 24th until 12:00 am on the 29th. COST will be R680 for students needing accommodation and R600 for those just attending the lectures. Your institution has been allocated 45 seats and students must bring sleeping kit and their own toilet paper. Finalists for the Des Baker Award must be ready to present by 9:00am on the 24th of September. An ASC 09 Poster will shortly be posted to your department. Please provide the contact details of the student liaison who will handle all communication ASAP.
 

T-shirts: A black congress T-shirt with the ACS09-logo in orange will be available for only R80.
