TuksTennis junior performed great in Durban Tournaments

Each year in the June/ July holiday the TuksTennis juniors tour down to Durban to participate in the KZN Coca Cola – and KZN Key Health Tournaments.
This year the TuksTennis junior group performed exceptionally well with 11 players that ended in top 4 places.
At the KZN Coca – Cola tournament we secured 6 placed in the top 3 positions.
Ansune van der Walt lost in the singles finals of the girls u/14 and secured a second place. She also won second place in the girls u/14 doubles with her partner Dinique Bosch.
Kobe Vandelanotte won 3rd place in the boys u/16 singles and got second place in the boys u/16 double with his partner Willie van Zyl.
Thomas Greeff also won a 3rd place with his partner Raubenheimer Gerber in the boys u/18 doubles.
At the KZN Key Health we had even more success.
Jeanna Schmidt won the doubles title with her partner Lynn Kiro in the women’s open section. Dylan Bernatzky also performed excellent and made finals in the men’s open section. He also won 2nd place with his partner John Lock in the doubles open section.
Chantel van Vuuren and Matthew Maguire also won 3rd place doubles with their partners in their different sections.
Over all we are very proud of all our players that played in these tournaments and hope to win even more titles next year.
