Conference on Entrepreneurship in the Healthcare IndustryBy Department of Business ManagementPosted on 28 March 2012  Prof Jurie van Vuuren The Department of Business Management co-hosted a conference with the Oklahoma State University (OSU) on entrepreneurship in the healthcare industry during the week of 6 March 2012. Prof Jurie van Vuuren, a staff member in the Department of Business Management and coordinator of the Chair in Entrepreneurship, presented a paper and chaired a very productive and valuable colloquium session on the need for innovation and entrepreneurship in the healthcare industry during the conference. Prof van Vuuren already lectures a programme at OSU, and more exchanges between OSU and the Department of Business Management at the University of Pretoria will most probably follow. |
