BCom Supply Chain ManagementBy Wesley NiemannPosted on 04 April 2012  Supply Chain Management 216 class of 2012. The BCom(Option: Supply Chain Management) second-year students visited the South African Breweries’ Alrode brewery in Alberton on Friday, 30 March 2012, as part of the module Supply Chain Management 216. The tour commenced with a presentation on the beer brewing process, whereafter students had a guided tour of the entire plant, covering the brewing, bottling, packaging and distribution processes. The afternoon was concluded with lunch and beer tasting. |
