Die Alumnikantoor wil graag alle belangegroepe op kampus ondersteun om hul alumni te bereik.
1. Versending van elektroniese kommunikasie aan alumni: Omdat soveel belangegroepe kommunikasie aan alumni wil stuur, is dit belangrik om die proses te bestuur sodat alumni nie oorval word met e-posse nie. Sodra daar te dikwels e-posse gestuur word, veral as dit nie op ‘n spesifieke teikengroep gemik is nie, bou die ontvanger weerstand op en vra dan dikwels om van die poslys verwyder te word. Ten einde die optimale benutting van e-pos versending te verseker, is dit belangrik dat daar aan sekere riglyne voldoen word (Klik hier vir die riglyne). 2. Toegang tot telefone (studente): Die Alumnikantoor se telefone sal sover moontlik vir studente beskikbaar gestel word om namens hul koshuis/belangegroep/fakulteit alumni te kontak vir die bywerking van inligting. Dit moet een week vooraf gereël word met die Alumnikantoor.
3. Media blootstelling: Die Alumnikantoor sal graag inligting oor alumni-funksies op TuksAlumni se webblad wil rapporteer en waar moontlik ook ‘n storie in die elektroniese nuusbrief wil plaas. Belangegroepe word versoek om inligting en fotos oor alumni-aktiwiteite of prestasies aan die Alumnikantoor te voorsien.
4. Alumnireünies en funksies: Die Alumnikantoor bied graag raad aan enige belangegroep wat reünies en funksies (bv koshuisreünies of prestigelesings) wil reël vir alumni. Die Alumnikantoor sal graag verteenwoordig wil wees by sulke funksies.
