The Albert Luthuli Centre for Responsible Leadership (ALCRL) at the University of Pretoria released its research findings on the state of corporate governance in South Africa on 22 May 2013.
The research initiative was taken in partnership with the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA) and Media Tenor, supported by Ernst & Young and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), and looked at the development of the King Codes since the early 1990ís to the recent adoption of King III within companies.
Mr Anne Staal and Mr Marius van der Woude from the Hanze University Groningen in the Netherlands recently visited the Department of Business Management. Hanze University Groningen is the largest university of applied science in the northern part of the Netherlands.
