Student Representative Council

Welcome to the Student Representative Council

The Student Representative Council aims to ensure that each and every student of the University of Pretoria is treated with the utmost respect and ensuring that no right of the student is infringed upon.

The Board of the University of Pretoria has appointed a Temporary Student Committe for the first semester of 2013 to deal with the pressing issues of the Student Representative Council.  The TSC became operational on 17 January after replacing the Student Representative Council (SRC) .

It is the main role and core function of the Student Representative Council to advise and assist students with problems relating to academics, finances, accommodation, day and faculty houses, community projects, student safety and security, student rights and student life in general.

The Student Representative Council is situated in Roosmaryn (Opposite the Student Health building). All students are welcome to come to any one of the SRC members for council with respect to questions or problems or advice regarding student life.

Wishing you all the best for 2013 - Achieve Today. Enable Tomorrow
